何海通先生本着振兴民族企业的精神，艰苦创业，锐意进取，凭着一个企业家的超前意识和不懈的努力，创建了一个颇具规模的现代化企业。何通海先生长期从事烟用香精香料的经营和研究，具有较丰富的理论和实践经验，主持编辑并出版了《烟用香精香料研究进展》、《低焦油卷烟研制的理论与技术》、《英汉烟草工业词汇》、《吸烟与健康》、《烟草发展史略》等书籍，为烟用香精香料和烟草行业的理论研究作出了一定的贡献。
Adhering to the spirit of prospering the national enterprises, the general manager Mr. He Tonghai beginning with the pioneering hard, with his leading sense and unremitting efforts as an entrepreneur, created a modernized enterprise. Mr. He Tonghai has participated in business and research of tobacco flavoring for many years, who has abundant experience in this area. He initiated editing and publishing books of "Reserach Progress of Tobacco Flavoring"; "Theory and Technology of Low Tar Cigarette Development"; "Research Progress of by Products for Cigarette"; "English-Chinese Vocabulary of Tobacco Industry"; "Smoking and Health"; "A Brief History of Tobacco Industry" etc. That contributes a lot to the research of tobacco flavoring technology.
